The purpose of the Modesto Junior College Foundation is to provide resources in support of the College’s educational and student support programs. Through a variety of events and initiatives, including the annual Summer Sonata, the Foundation generates funds in support of student scholarships, student emergency grants, instructional equipment, professional development and other means of enhancing the programs and services offered by Modesto Junior College.
With assets in excess of $15 million, the Foundation is a significant provider of resources not provided by state funding that sustain the delivery of quality education and workforce training in our region.
